The coaching staff of the Broncs Wrestling Club is comprised of NCAA Division I All-American wrestlers and coaches.

Our primary club coach is Jason Nase a resident of Howell, NJ. Jay is a 4x NCAA Division I qualifer earning All-American status in 1997. He was a 2x NJ State finalist from Pt. Boro High School. Prior to coming back to his alma mater to coach at Rider, Jay coached high school wrestling at Wall, Brick Township and Brick Memorial.

John Hangey is a 3x NCAA Division I qualifer who earned his All-American status in 1993 and also won the prestigious Midlands tournament. He wrestled for Quakertown High School and won a PA State championship. John coached at Bucknell University before coming back to Rider where he is the Associate Head Coach.

Nic Bedelyon joined the BWC staff in the 2012 season when he graduated from Kent State and moved to Rider University as an assistant coach. As a collegiate wrestler, Nic was a 4x NCAA qualifer and a 2x All-American. He is one of the most decorated wrestlers from a successful Kent State program, including being the first Golden Flash to be invited to wrestle in the NWCA All-Star Classic, which he won. Nic was also a 3x PA State place winner in high school.

Dustin Kilgore joined the staff as an assistant coach prior to the 2017-18 season. Kilgore, a three-time All-American at Kent State and the 2011 National Champion at 197, came to Rider following an impressive post-graduate wrestling career in which he earned the 2017 Dave Schultz Memorial International Championship at 97kg. While wrapping up his career on the mat, Kilgore served as a volunteer assistant coach at Air Force in 2016-17.   In addition, Kilgore is a two-time Pan American Champion (2012, 2015), a two-time University World Team Trials Champion (2012, 2014), finished third at the 2016 U.S. Olympic Team Trials and was the 2016 Bill Farrell International Champion.
